Measurement,Spatiotemporal Evolution and Obstacle Factor Diagnosis of New-quality Productivity Development Level

Abstract
This paper is based on Systemic Theory to construct an evaluation index system for the development level of new-quality productivity,which integrates the factors,structure and functions of productivity,and uses the entropy method to mea-sure the development level of new-quality productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2012 to 2022.Dagum Gini coefficient,ker-nel density estimation,exploratory spatial data analysis,Markov model,obstacle degree model and other methods are used to carry out the research,and the results go as below:(1)China's new-quality productivity development level has consistently increased over the years,with the development level and growth rate following the pattern of East>Central>West>Northeast.(2)Regional disparities show a slight expansion trend,with inter-regional differences being the primary source.(3)The absolute difference in the development level of the new-quality productivity in the country and the four regions is widened,and the polarization phenom-enon appears in the western region and the northeast region to different degrees.Additionally,significant spatial agglomeration and spillover effects are evident in provincial and regional new-quality productivity levels.(4)The development level of new-quality productivity is currently hindered primarily by emerging industries,future industries and the digitalization level of enterprises.关键词
