黄河流域绿色财富测度、区域差异及收敛性研究
Measurement,Regional Differences and Convergence of Green Wealth in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
This paper constructs a green wealth measurement framework from the three dimensions of productive natural cap-ital,green productive capital and human capital,then estimates the green wealth of the Yellow River Basin from 2000 to 2020 by using the expected return discounting method,the perpetual inventory method,and the education cost method,and finally analyzes the regional differences,dynamic evolution and convergence characteristics by the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,kernel density estimation and convergence model.The results are shown as the following:(1)The green wealth in the Yel-low River Basin shows a steady increase from 3.849 trillion yuan in 2000 to 37.061 trillion yuan in 2020,of which the proportion of green production capital and human capital is increasing.(2)The distribution of green wealth in the Yellow River Basin is not balanced;there are differences in the basin as a whole but with a fluctuating downward trend.The inter-basin differences are the main reason for the overall differences,and the Gini coefficient in the middle reaches shows a fluctuating upward trend.(3)The green wealth in the whole basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches of the basin is lacking in coordination and order.The ker-nel density curve of the whole basin shows a rightwing shift and the height of the main peak decreases,while the upstream region shows a polarization.(4)σ convergence and conditional β convergence exist in some regions of the Yellow River Basin.关键词
