全身麻醉复合椎管内麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of general anesthesia combined with intrathecal anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 145 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Pingnan County People's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into control group(72 cases,general anesthesia)and observation group(73 cases,general anesthesia combined with intrathecal anesthesia)by lottery method.The anesthetic effect,analgesic effect,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in the onset time of sensory block and the disappearance time of eyelash reflex between the two groups(P>0.05).The extubation time and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of pain sense of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the observation group at 12 and 24 hours after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE score at 48 hours after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia combined with intrathecal anesthesia has a good application effect in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.关键词
