Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in adolescent depression.Methods Ninety adolescent outpatients diagnosed with depression at Zhangjiagang Fourth People's Hospital between March 2020 and February 2023 were enrolled.They were assigned using a random number table into two groups of 45.The control group received Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of control group.A comparative analysis of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),and suicide attitude questionnaire(QSA)scores was conducted between the two groups.Results The findings revealed that,at 1,2,and 3 months post-treatment,the observation group exhibited lower HAMD and SCL-90 scores,and higher QSA scores,than the control group,with all observed differences demonstrating statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression can effectively improve the depressive mood of patients,alleviate related symptoms,and improve the patients'attitude towards suicide.关键词
