摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of impulse oscillometry pulmonary function test in standardized treatment of asthma in children.Methods A total of 73 children with asthma in Department of Pediatrics,Dongping County People's Hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(36 cases)was treated under the guidance of routine pulmonary function test,and the study group(37 cases)was treated under the guidance of pulmonary function test+impulse oscillometry pulmonary function test.The asthma symptom score,asthma control score,total effective rate of treatment,total incidence rate of adverse prognosis and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of asthma symptoms during the day and night in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of asthma control test was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence rate of adverse prognosis was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function of the study group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of impulse oscillometry pulmonary function test in the standardized treatment of children with asthma has a good effect,and can help doctors adjust the treatment plan more accurately,so as to better improve the symptoms and prognosis of children,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
