Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of systematic rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation of children with congenital myogenic torticollis(CMT).Methods A total of 60 children with CMT who received treatment in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qingyuan City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was given traditional massage therapy,and the observation group(30 cases)was given systematic rehabilitation therapy.The clinical symptom scores,rotation angle,flexion angle and deviation angle of the affected side of the neck were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of head tilt degree and neck mobility restriction between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of head tilt degree and neck mobility restriction were decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in internal rotation angle,lateral deviation angle and lateral flexion angle of the neck between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the internal rotation angle and lateral flexion angle of the neck in both groups were increased,the lateral deviation angle was decreased,and the internal rotation angle and lateral flexion angle of the neck in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,while the lateral deviation angle was smaller than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation therapy in children with CMT can better improve their clinical symptoms and neck motion,which is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
