摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of gel minimally invasive caries removal technique in the treatment of dental caries in deciduous teeth.Methods According to the random number table method,120 children with dental caries admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhangdian District in Zibo City from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dental drill and molars,and the experimental group was treated with carisolv gel minimally invasive caries removal technique.The treatment effect,pain degree and tooth related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gingival index,plaque index and periodontal probing depth of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The gel minimally invasive caries removal technique has good clinical effect on dental caries in deciduous teeth,which can relieve pain,reduce tooth bleeding and plaque,and is worth popularizing.关键词
