Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation therapy in children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism admitted to Penglai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yantai City from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation therapy.The total effective rate,autism behavior score,symptom severity and development quotient of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the autism behavior scores and symptom severity score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the developmental quotient score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation therapy in children with autism is good and worthy of promotion.关键词
