Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological guidance combined with application behavior analysis(ABA)rehabilitation training in children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism in the First Hospital of Zibo City from January 2022 to October 2023 were included as the study objects.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training combined with psychological guidance,and the observation group received ABA rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The scores of illness,psychological development and daily ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of autism behavior checklist in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of psychoeducational profile-third edition were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of daily living ability and social ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological guidance combined with ABA rehabilitation training in autistic children has a good effect,which can alleviate symptoms and improve the ability of daily life and social ability.关键词
