穴位贴敷联合桔贝合剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Jubei Mixture in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia in Jinan Zhangqiu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received conventional treatment,and the study group(50 cases)combined acupoint application and Jubei Mixture treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,acupoint application combined with Jubei Mixture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing.关键词
