妊娠合并卵巢良性肿物发生胎膜早破的相关影响因素分析
Analysis of related influencing factors of premature rupture of membranes in pregnancy complicated with benign ovarian mass

Abstract
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of premature rupture of membranes in pregnancy complicated with benign ovarian mass.Methods The clinical data of 472 patients in pregnancy complicated with benign ovarian mass admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Fujian Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the situation of premature rupture of membranes,they were divided into premature rupture of membranes group(n=131)and non-premature rupture of membranes group(n=341).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of patients premature rupture of membranes in pregnancy complicated with benign ovarian mass.Results There were significant differences in ovarian tumor size and times of pregnancy between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression showed that ovarian mass≥8 cm was an independent risk factor for premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women with ovarian mass(OR=2.54,95%CI[1.37-4.43],P=0.003),and pregnancy≥3 times was a protective factor(OR=0.49,95%CI[0.28-0.85],P=0.001).Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with benign ovarian mass≥8 cm will increase the risk of premature rupture of membranes.Clinical management of high-risk pregnant women should be strengthened and timely intervention should be given to improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
