摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of gestational weight gain on pregnancy complications and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 470 pregnant women admitted to the Shangsi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.According to the gestational weight gain status,the pregnant women were divided into the normal group(314 cases)and the excessive gain group(156 cases).The incidence of pregnancy complications and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of gestational hypertension,gestational anemia and gestational diabetes mellitus in the excessive gain group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The incidence of preterm birth,cesarean section and macrosomia in excessive gain group was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Excessive weight gain during pregnancy increases the incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse maternal and infant outcomes.Reasonable weight control during pregnancy is of great significance to prevent pregnancy complications and improve maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
