Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 83 pregnant women in late pregnancy who underwent prenatal examination in Liaocheng Women and Children Health Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected.The incidence of oligohydramnios was counted,the clinical information of the pregnant women was collected,and the related factors of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy were analyzed.Results Among the 83 cases,24 cases had oligohydramnios(28.92%).Univariate analysis showed that age,pregnancy complications,intrauterine infection,fetal structural abnormalities and amniotic lesion were related to oligohydramnios in late pregnancy(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that age>35 years old(OR=4.375,95%CI=1.516-12.627),pregnancy complications(OR=6.316,95%CI=2.159-18.473),intrauterine infection(OR=4.954,95%CI=1.789-13.719),fetal structural abnormalities(OR=6.566,95%CI=2.248-19.172),and amniotic lesion(OR=2.917,95%CI=1.078-7.889)were independent risk factors for oligohydramnios in late pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Age>35 years old,pregnancy complications,intrauterine infection,fetal structural abnormalities and amniotic lesion are independent risk factors for oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.关键词
