Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Haian People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects. All the children were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received Azithromycin sequential therapy, and the experimental group received treatment with Terbutaline on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had shorter fever relief time, lung rale disappearance time, cough relief time, and wheeze disappearance time than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, and white blood cell count in the two groups decreased, and compared with the control group, the levels in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Terbutaline combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia is good, which can quickly alleviate symptoms and reduce inflammatory indicators.关键词
