Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of oral Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide nebulization in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 80 children with BA admitted to Zibo High Tech Zone Government Hospital from December 2020 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received Budesonide nebulization treatment,while the experimental group received oral Montelukast Sodium treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,serum indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of wheezing,shortness of breath,cough,and wheezing in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein and interleukin-10 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of oral Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide nebulization in children with BA is good,which can effectively shorten the symptom relief time and improve serum indicators.关键词
