摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cetirizine Hydrochloride combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 74 children with cough variant asthma who were treated in Shanghai Fengxian District Fengpu Street Community Health Service Center from December 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the odd and even method,the children were divided into the control group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment+Montelukast Sodium,and the study group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom disappearance time,levels of inflammatory indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthma,cough,and wheezing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,eosinophil count,white blood cell,and serum amyloid A of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,the combination of Cetirizine Hydrochloride and Montelukast Sodium can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,and reduce inflammation reaction.关键词
