Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast nodules.Methods A total of 50 patients with breast nodules admitted to Shanghai Baihui Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.Color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound were used for diagnosis,and the pathological diagnosis results were compared to analyze the diagnostic accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate.Results Among the 50 patients,pathological diagnosis confirmed 15 cases of malignancy,accounting for 30.00%.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were lower than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity of breast nodules diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound are high,which can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.关键词
