尿道下裂患儿照护者照顾负担的质性研究
Qualqualitative study on the care burden of caregivers in children with hypospadias
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the real experience of disease burden of caregivers of children with hypospadias,so as to provide a reference for the formulation of intervention programs for the care burden of caregivers of children with hypospadias.Methods Purposive sampling was used to select 15 caregivers of children with hypospadias who were treated in the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from July to August 2022 as interviewees for semi-structured interviews.Nvivo 12 software and Colaizzi 7 step analysis method were used to analyze and refine themes.Results The real experience of care burden of caregivers of hypospadias children was summarized into 3 dimensions and 11 themes.The period from onset to diagnosis included heavy psychological burden,lack of understanding of disease etiology,and desire for public understanding.The preoperative and postoperative period included anxiety and fear,worrying about the prognosis,insufficient rest,unmet self-needs,low cooperation of children,insufficient care experience,and high economic pressure.The discharge preparation period included a desire for home care instruction.Conclusion The caregivers of children with hypospadias have a heavy burden.Effective measures should be provided to reduce the burden according to the characteristics of care burden.关键词
