Application effect of self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology operation in parturients after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology operation in parturients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent elective cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics,Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and 40 parturients from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the control group,who underwent routine postpartum incision nursing.From May to October 2023,40 parturients were selected as the observation group,and the self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology surgery was used for nursing.The first time to get out of bed,the first time to anal exhaust after surgery,the incision errhysis status,and the healing of the incision at 5 days after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first ambulation and first anal exhaust after surgery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incision errhysis status in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in incision healing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made nursing belt for recovery of obstetrics and gynecology surgery in parturients after cesarean section can shorten the first time to get out of bed and the first time to anal exhaust after surgery,and reduce the risk of incision errhysis.关键词
