Nursing of a case of chylothorax with poor incision healing child after congenital heart disease surgery
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of chylothorax after cardiac surgery will affect the prognosis of the children.If it is accompanied by poor incision healing,it will delay the postoperative recovery of the children,prolong the hospital stay,and increase the economic burden of the family.In order to prevent the occurrence of adverse conditions in children and further improve the postoperative prognosis,effective and reasonable nursing interventions should be taken.It is particularly important to give nutritional support to children with congenital heart disease after surgery.Implementing multi-mode analgesic management,improving the comfort of children,paying attention to the observation and nursing of related complications,paying attention to family and social support and continuing care can improve the effect of treatment and rehabilitation of children.This article reports the nursing process of a child with chylothorax and poor wound healing after congenital heart disease surgery.Through taking targeted nursing measures,the condition of the child can be improved.关键词
