Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of one-to-one Doula accompanied delivery by midwives on labor pain and maternal and infant outcomes in elderly primiparas.Methods A total of 96 elderly primiparas admitted to Shan County People's Hospital in Heze City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and midwifery,and the observation group was given one-to-one Doula accompanied delivery by midwives.The degree of labor pain,maternal and infant outcomes,and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of labor pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate and neonatal Apgar score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of urinary retention,postpartum hemorrhage,perineal infection and postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of one-to-one Doula accompanied delivery by midwives in elderly primiparas can effectively relieve labor pain,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.关键词
