Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance in female patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 86 female patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance.The emotional state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),self-efficacy(general self-efficacy scale[GSES]),self-management ability(exercise of self-care agency[ESCA])and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no differences in SAS and SDS scores,GSES and ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,GSES and ESCA scores were higher than those before intervention,and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,GSES and ESCA scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on feedback theory combined with psychological guidance can improve the emotional state of female patients with chronic gastritis,increase self-efficacy,self-management ability,and nursing satisfaction.关键词
