Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of closed-loop nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of puerpera with pernicious placenta previa.Methods A total of 80 patients with pernicious placenta previa admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received closed-loop nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The clinical indicators,lower extremity venous thrombosis,and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and postpartum blood loss within 24 hours in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed-loop nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of puerpera with pernicious placenta previa can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the amount of bleeding and the risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis.关键词
