摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of body position change in mechanical ventilation of premature newborns with respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods Eighty premature NRDS mechanically ventilated children were enrolled in the Department of Neonatology, the Fourth People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City from February 2022 to February 2024 by purposeful sampling. The children were divided into two groups by odd-even number method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was combined with body position change. The blood gas indexes, hemodynamic indexes, respiratory mechanics indexes, incidence of complications and treatment-related time were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood, central venous pressure and lung compliance in the observation group were all higher, while the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, average airway pressure and airway plateau pressure were all lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary hemorrhage,ventilator-associated pneumonia, arrhythmia in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than 27.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time, intensive care unit time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Body position change can have a positive effect on blood gas indexes, hemodynamics indexes and respiratory mechanics indexes of premature NRDS children with mechanical ventilation, and can also effectively reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the treatment-related time.关键词
