Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of whole course family member accompanying care on maternal and infant outcomes and postpartum psychological state of parturients undergoing vaginal delivery. Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,86 cases of parturients undergoing vaginal delivery in Zhucheng People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=43)performed traditional nursing, and the observation group(n=43)added whole course family member accompanying care. The stages of labor, pain score, natural delivery rate, psychological state and neonatal Apgar scores were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shortened compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 5 min after birth,Apgar scores were higher in the observation group compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After care, the depression-anxiety-stress scale score was decreased in the observation group compared with the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course family member accompanying care in parturients undergoing vaginal delivery can increase the natural delivery rate, shorten the duration of labor, reduce the degree of labor pain, and improve the psychological state and the condition of the newborns.关键词
