Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of acceptance and commitment therapy combined with progressive resistance training in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods From June 2021 to May 2023,94 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Taian Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received acceptance and commitment therapy combined with progressive resistance training on the basis of control group.Both groups were followed up for 3 months.The psychological resilience,upper limb lymphedema,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The psychological resilience score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The upper limb lymphedema index of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy combined with progressive resistance training has a good application effect in the postoperative nursing of patients with undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,which is conducive to enhancing their psychological resilience,improving the situation of upper limb lymphedema,and improving the quality of life.关键词
