Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of PDCA mode combined with Roy adaptation mode on the psychological status,pain score,and satisfaction of female patients undergoing gallstone surgery.Methods A total of 100 female patients with gallstone surgery admitted to Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,Yancheng City Dafeng People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given PDCA mode,and patients in the observation group were given Roy adaptation mode on the basis of control group.The psychological status,pain level,and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results The overall nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 94.0%,higher than that of control group(82.0%)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety score of the observation group was(43.64±6.44)points,the depression score was(43.76±5.76)points,and the pain score was(3.71±1.67)points,which were lower than(55.67±5.38),(55.57±6.78),and(6.54±2.45)points of the control group,respectively,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA mode combined with Roy adaptation mode in the nursing of female patients undergoing gallstone surgery has a better effect,which can effectively improve the psychological status of the patients,reduce the degree of pain,and enhance nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting and application.关键词
