Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of midwife-led holistic nursing intervention in the perinatal period of primiparas.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,120 primiparas who gave birth in Delivery Room,the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received midwife-led holistic nursing intervention.The delivery methods,labor,self-efficacy score,maternal role adaptation score,start time of postpartum lactation,lactation volume,and breastfeeding success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor and total labor in the research group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-efficacy and maternal role adaptation in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The start time of postpartum lactation in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lactation volume on the days 1,2,and 3 postpartum was more than that in the control group,and breastfeeding success rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife-led holistic nursing intervention in the perinatal period of primiparas can improve vaginal delivery rate,shorten the progress of labor,enhance their self-efficacy and maternal role adaptation ability,help promote postpartum milk secretion,and increase maternal milk production and breastfeeding rate.关键词
