摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of proactive risk prevention nursing in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,78 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Zhoucun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City were selected as the research subjects.All the children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing,while the research group received proactive risk prevention nursing.The emotional state,nursing satisfaction of parents,and total incidence rate of adverse nursing risk events in the two groups were compared.Results The emotional state score of the research group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction of parents in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse nursing risk events of the research group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of proactive risk prevention nursing in children with bronchopneumonia is good,which can effectively improve the emotional state of children,increase the nursing satisfaction of parents,and reduce the risk of adverse nursing events.关键词
