Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing based on evidence-based support in children undergoing high ligation of hernia sac.Methods A total of 200 children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and divide into two groups using the random number table method.Both groups underwent high ligation of hernia sac.The control group(100 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(100 cases)received prospective nursing based on evidence-based support.The negative emotions,postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of prospective nursing based on evidence-based support in children undergoing high ligation of hernia sac is good,which is beneficial for reducing negative emotions,shortening postoperative recovery time,reducing the occurrence of complications,and improving family satisfaction.关键词
