Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care in outpatient patients with induced abortion.Methods From April 2022 to October 2023,86 patients with induced abortion who visited the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient,Jinan Third People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care.The negative emotions,self-efficacy,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale([44.17±1.85]points)and self-rating anxiety scale([42.03±1.52]points)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group([49.13±2.11]and[46.10±2.14]points)(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general self-efficacy scale([32.58±3.49]points)and generic quality of life inventory-74([78.55±4.79]points)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group([24.16±3.10]and[67.26±4.12]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological intervention combined with health education guided by humanistic care can alleviate negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,and improve quality of life in outpatient patients with induced abortion.关键词
