Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative nursing based on humanistic care concept in cesarean section parturients.Methods From January 2023 to May 2024,82 cesarean section parturients admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by the lottery method.The reference group(41 cases)received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group(41 cases)received perioperative nursing based on humanistic care concept on the basis of the reference group.The psychological status,pain level,comfort score,sleep quality score,postoperative recovery,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of perioperative nursing based on humanistic care concept in cesarean section parturients is good,which can improve their psychological status,reduce postoperative pain,enhance comfort,improve sleep quality and postoperative recovery,and increase the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of application.关键词
