Diffusion of Green Construction Technology in China:Exploration of Innovation Hotspots and Influencing Factors from a Temporal and Spatial Perspective

Abstract
In actual projects,how to improve the diffusion of green technology innovation in the con-struction industry and how to effectively promote the green transformation of the construction industry has become the key to the current development of the industry.In order to deeply understand the real-ity and future trends of green technology innovation diffusion in the construction industry and explore the factors affecting technology diffusion,this study uses the LDA model to analyze 20920 patent data based on the innovation diffusion perspective,obtains green construction technology research topics,and analyzes the development process and future trends of green construction technological innovation diffusion from the dimensions of time and space.Additionally,the study employs the GTWR model to identify key factors that have a positive promoting effect on the diffusion of green construction technol-ogy.The research findings indicate:(1)Building energy-saving equipment,building ventilation sys-tem optimization,solar photovoltaic system,building dust removal and air purification will be hot top-ics in the future.(2)Technological innovation activities related to green construction in my country mainly occur in the eastern coastal areas and their neighboring provinces.The diffusion of innovation shows a trend of spreading from east to west and from the coast to the inland,and exhibits a certain degree of spatial positive correlation.(3)There are large differences in the impact of different variable indicators on the diffusion of green construction technology innovation in different provinces and differ-ent years.Local government expenditure on scientific and technological research,total investment by foreign-invested enterprises,per capita urban road area,and the employment of scientific research and technical service industry urban units have a significant promoting effect on the diffusion of green building related technologies in various provinces,and the overall impact shows a trend of increasing with time.关键词
