新型双向肋叠合板力学性能模拟分析
Simulation Analysis on Mechanical Properties of a Novel Bi-directional Ribbed Composite Slab

Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of prefabricated composite slab,optimize the structural design,a novel bi-directional ribbed composite slab was proposed,and the creation of three slab component models,including novel bi-directional ribbed composite slab,cast-in-place slab,and reinforced truss composite slab,are established to facilitate a comparative analysis of their mechanical properties un-der uniform distributed loading.The analysis was conducted,delving into the stress and strain evolu-tion process of the novel bi-directional ribbed prefabricated base slabs,the cracking load and deflec-tion variations of the three slab components as well as the crack distribution and bearing capacity at the normal service limit state and ultimate bearing capacity limit state.Additionally,the load-bearing capacity under the constraint effect of slab ends in practical engineering applications was further inves-tigated.The results show that under a uniform distributed load of 7 kPa,all three types of slabs initi-ate cracking.At the same loading condition,the novel bi-directional ribbed composite slab exhibits a more uniform crack distribution at the bottom,with mid-span deflection akin to that of the cast-in-place slab.The ultimate load capacity of the novel bi-directional ribbed composite slab,cast-in-place slab and reinforced truss composite slab is 31.0,38.8,42.2 kN·m,respectively.When considering the constraint effect of slab ends,the ultimate load capacityincreases to 69.8,73.9,74.8 kN·m,re-spectively.关键词
