Integrated Research Framework and Future Perspectives of Digital Transformation in the Construction Industry
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation in the construction industry is an important part of the national e-conomic development,but the unique characteristics of the industry make the transformation process difficult,and how to realize transformation and upgrading has attracted much attention.Given the scattered research findings in this field and the lack of a comprehensive research framework,this pa-per systematically reviewed the existing literature from multiple perspectives.Firstly,the paper divid-ed the research of digital transformation in the construction industry into stages,reviewed the indus-try's definitions of digital transformation and refined their common characteristics,and categorized the theoretical perspectives of previous studies from four aspects:technological,organizational,behavior-al,and cognitive.Secondly,based on the logic of"influencing factor-process mechanism-impact out-come",this paper constructed an integrated research framework for digital transformation in the con-struction industry.The study found that the exploration of the factors affecting the digital transforma-tion in the construction industry has been relatively rich,but in the process of pursuing transformation and its value,there is still a lack of recognition based on a more diversified context.In the end,this paper looks forward from five aspects,aiming to provide reference for future research.关键词
