多源固废湿法制备陶粒及其性能研究
Performance of Ceramics Manufactured by Multiple Industrial By-Products Using Wet Mixing Method

Abstract
In the process of preparing river and lake sediment-based ceramic granules by sintering method,it is necessary to pre-dry the sediment with high-moisture content,which fails to meet with the energy-saving and emission reduction development strategy.In light of this,this study explores the feasibility of using river and lake sediment(RS),phosphogypsum(PG),and waste clay brick powder(BP)as the main raw materials for ceramic granule production via wet granulation method.Firstly,key parameters during high-temperature sintering process were determined through thermogravimetric analysis.Based on this,a series of physical-mechanical tests were conducted,and comparative analysis were made to understand the effects of calcination temperature,mixing ratio of industrial by-products,and encapsulation form on the performance of ceramic granules.Subsequently,leaching tests were performed to verify the phosphorus and fluoride stabilization efficiency of the ceramic granules.Results show that when RS,PG,and BP are mixed at a dry mass ratio of 1.0∶1.7∶0.5 and prepared by preheating at 380℃for 10 minutes and subsequently sintering at 1 150℃for 20 minutes.The ceramic granules exhibit optimal mechanical,economic,and environmental properties,with a bulk density of 967 kg/m3,an apparent density of 1 654 kg/m3,water absorption rates of 8.5%and 8.7%at 1 hour and 24 hours,respectively,and a compressive strength of up to 6.4 MPa for individual granules.关键词
