白河县不同性状木瓜单株果实品质分析与综合评价
Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Fruit Quality of Pseudocydonia sinensis Individual Plant with Different Traits in Baihe County

Abstract
By analyzing the main fruit appearance quality,nutritional quality and functional quality of 35 Pseudocydonia sinensis plants,those with excellent performances were screened out to provide theoretical support for the P.sinensis variety selection and comprehensive development and utilization.Fruits coll-ect-ed from 35 individual P.sinensis plants distributed in Baihe County,Shaanxi Province were used as materi-als,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis were adopted to comprehensively evaluate and analyze 13 quality indexes of the fruits.The coefficients of variation of the 13 indexes ranged from 11.63%to 45.89%,among which the quality indexes with larger coefficients of variation were single fruit mass,sugar-acid ratio and total flavonoids,and the smallest one was soluble solids.The results of clustering analysis indicated that the samples collected from 35 individual plants were divided into three groups based on the application functions:raw materials for processing fruit vinegar and fruit wine,for me-dicinal herbs,and for ornamental purpose.Four principal factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.873%,were extracted from the principal component analysis,namely function,acidity,sweetness and fruit shape.The four excellent individual plants BH2,BH4,BH33 and BH30 with the top comprehensive scores were obtained through the comprehensive evaluation equation.The results of the study provide theo-retical basis for the utilization of P.sinensis fruit,as well as for the new variety selection and breeding.关键词
