云南红豆杉WRKY基因家族鉴定及表达模式分析
Identification and Expression Pattern Analysis of WRKY Gene Family in Taxus yunnanensis

Abstract
Taxus yunnanensis is a natural anticancer plant with high medicinal value.In order to explore the role of WRKY transcription factor in the synthesis of secondary metabolites of T.yunnanensis,the WRKY gene family was identified and analyzed based on the T.yunnanensis genome data and the transcriptome data of five tissues(stem bark,root,leaf,stem,and branch bark).The results showed that a total of 25 structurally more conserved WRKY genes were identified,which encoded proteins with 157-726 amino acids,molecular mass of 18 079.40-79 474.03 u,isoelectric point of 5.44-9.51,instability number of 39.97-64.58,and fat index of 45.17-80.41,and all the proteins with sub cellular localisation were in the nucleus;24 TyuWRKY(T.yunnanensis WRKY)genes showed an uneven distribution on 7 chromosomes,another WRKY gene on ctg100;after phylogenetic analyses,the 25 TyuWRKY proteins were classified into 3 major classes:6 belonged to class Ⅰ,18 belonged to class Ⅱ,and 1 belonged to class Ⅲ;within the same class,the distribution of Motifs of TyuWRKY proteins in the same class was also largely the same,and the number of member introns ranged from 1 to 7,and the number of exons ranged from 2 to 8;according to the analysis of the expression amount,except TyuWRKY5 gene,which was expressed only in the roots,all of the TyuWRKY genes were expressed in five tissues;by the analysis of promoter cis-acting elements,TyuWRKY contained multiple genes related to hormones,stress,and growth and development.关键词
