工艺参数对正交胶合竹木滚动剪切强度的影响
Effects of Manufacturing Parameters on Rolling Shear Strength of CLBT

Abstract
It is very important to accurately evaluate and improve the rolling shear performance of cross-laminated bamboo and timber(CLBT)for its practical engineering application.In this paper,CLBT was prepared using domestic fir and Moso bamboo as the base materials.The rolling shear strength(RSS)of CLBT in the major and minor strength directions was tested through the three-point bending test method.The effects of resin content(200,250 g/m2)and pressure(0.4,0.6,0.8 MPa)on the RSS of CLBT were studied.The test results showed that 1)pressure had a significant effect on the RSS in the major strength direction of CLBT,but had no significant effect on the RSS in the minor strength direction.Compared with 0.4 and 0.8 MPa,the rolling shear strength of 0.6 MPa was better.2)The resin content had no significant effect on the RSS in the major and minor strength directions.Compared with the resin content of 200 g/m2,the RSS with 250 g/m2 was greater.3)The interactive effect of resin content and pressure had no sig-nificant impact on the RSS in the major and minor strength directions of CLBT.关键词
