皂河流域河洪-排涝耦合洪涝模拟预警
Simulation and Early Warning of Coupled River Flood and Waterlogging in the Zao River Basin

Abstract
Based on the one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydrodynamic model coupled with the hydrological process,a flood model taking the Zao River Basin as the research object is constructed to carry out the simulation study of the local rainstorm flood process.The data of the rainstorm event in 2016 are used for model calibration and verification.The results show that the peak appearance time of the simulated flow by the model is the same as that of the measured flow(22:00 on the same day),and the calculated water depth during this period reaches 2.96 m.The relative error between the maximum measured water depth at 22:00(the peak appearance time)and the maximum simulated water depth is 15.4%,which is less than the specified 20%.Moreover,the errors between the maximum water depths of more than 70%of the measured water accumulation points on that day and the simulated water depths are all controlled within 20 cm.The calculated flow of the model is about 132.84 m3/s,which does not exceed the original designed flow,and the Nash coeffi-cient is 0.62.The calculated result of the model is roughly the same as the inundation range in the flood control plan.The model can ac-curately simulate the flood routing in the Zao River Basin,and it can be used to evaluate the flood risk faced by the city and assist urban managers in formulating scientific emergency response measures.关键词
