摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the difficulty in extracting bearing fault frequency features in high-noise environments,a method combining the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(CEEMDAN),wavelet threshold denoising(WTD),and dung beetle optimization(DBO)is proposed.The signal is decomposed into multiple intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)using CEEMDAN,and the IMFs signal is selected according to the comprehensive evaluation index.The selected signal is denoised by WTD,and the parameters of the improved threshold function are selected adaptively by DBO,and the signal is reconstituted after the noise level is reduced effectively.The envelope spectrum analysis of the recombined signal shows that the proposed method can effectively denoise the signal and extract fault features.The method is applied to the simulation signal and actual bearing data of rolling bearings.The results show that in comparison with the traditional single noise reduction method,the CEEMDAN-WTD-DBO method based on parameter optimization has better performance in reducing random noise and extracting fault characteristic frequency.
