Abstract

The low Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR)sequence is a random sequence commonly used in the fifth generation mobile communication technology,which is used as a pilot signal in multiple uplink channels.According to different application scenarios,different generation formulas are defined for the low PAPR sequence.This paper studies the definition of sequence,and combines with engineering practice to analyze the accuracy and storage problems caused by the traditional look-up table method applied to unit circle sequences.By studying the principle of CORDIC,this paper proposes the low PAPR sequence generation algorithm based on CORDIC,and carries out comparative analysis with the look-up table method.This method can achieve maximum data accuracy and does not occupy storage space by increasing the number of iterations when the sequence data bit width is fixed.
