Abstract
This paper focuses on the current situation and challenges faced in the field of shared bicycle transportation,and proposes a new transportation vehicle solution.Based on dynamic simulation,the structure design is carried out.The paper first analyzes the difficulties existing in the process of shared bicycle transportation and the problems in efficiency and cost of the current transportation methods,and then elaborates on the design concept and application value of the new vehicle.Using CATIA software,it builds an accurate three-dimensional model and performs dynamic simulation in the Adams environment to simulate the vehicle's movement state in various complex working conditions such as plane driving,crossing potholes,and crossing bumps.Subsequently,the analysis of stress and strain is conducted in Abaqus using the dynamic load,and the design of the vehicle is optimized.关键词
