风险偏好如何影响农户选择气候适应性新品种
How Does Risk Preference Affect the Selection of Climate Adaptation for New Varieties by Farmers——Based on Data from Corn Yield Increase Experimental Areas in Shaanxi Province

Abstract
The selection of climate-adapted new varieties by households is an effective strategy to cope with climate shocks and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production.Based on the micro-survey data of 441 households in the corn yield increase pilot areas of Pucheng County and Chengcheng County in Shaanxi Province,the article analysed in depth the mechanism of the influence of risk preference on the behavior of corn households in choosing climate-adapted new varieties by using Logit model and moderated effects model.The results showed that:Risk-averse households preferred traditional corn varieties to climate-adapted new varieties,the endogeneity test also proved the reliability of this result;heterogeneity analysis found that outsourcing of services strengthened the inhibitory effect of risk preferences on the selection of climate-adapted new varieties by households;while government extension services weakened the negative effect of risk preferences on the selection behavior of households;after introducing the moderating effect of climate shocks,the increased frequency of disasters discouraged farmers from choosing climate-adapted new varieties by reinforcing their risk preferences.Acardingly,recommendations are provided from the perspectives of setting up demonstration gardens and improving technology extension.关键词
