氧化苦参碱长循环纳米粒的制备及体外释药特性研究
Preparation of Long-circulating Nanoparticles Encapsulating Oxymatrine and Study of Its in vitro Release Characteristics

Abstract
Objective To prepare and characterize the long-circulating nanoparticles encapsulating oxymatrine and study their release curve in vitro.Methods Long-circulating nanoparticles encapsulating oxymatrine were prepared by the W/O/W emul-sification solvent evaporation method,and the quality indexes of nanoparticles,such as appearance,particle size,potential,drug loading and encapsulation rate were investigated.The in vitro drug release behaviour was investigated by dialysis bag method,and the kinetic model was fitted.Results The long-circulation nanoparticle solution loaded with oxymatrine had a light blue opalescent appearance,a particle size of(85.67±2.47)nm,a potential of(-20.725±2.5)mv,an average drug loading of 21.09%,an average encapsulation efficiency of 74.39%,and an in vitro drug release rate of 80.27%with in 24h.On the basis of the variance analysis of the fitting equation,the drug release behaviour of the long-circulating nanoparticle was consistent with the Ritger-Peppas equation.The fitted equation was Mt=32.1056(t0 30518),R2=0.93235.Conclusion The prepared long-circulating nanoparticles encapsulating oxymatrine are evenly distributed,have good stability,and can slowly release drugs.关键词
