弥散峰度成像与T2定量成像对大鼠早期失神经骨骼肌的检测
Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging and T2 Quantitative Imaging in Detecting Early Denervated Skeletal Muscle in Rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)and T2 quantification in the early detec-tion of muscle denervation and to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis by combining multimodal imaging parameters.Methods MRI scans were performed on the gastrocnemius muscles of rats within 4 weeks post-surgery in the nerve injury group and the con-trol group,and four imaging parameters-mean kurtosis(MK),mean diffusivity(MD),fractional anisotropy(FA),and T2 relaxation time were evaluated,and linear graph models were constructed.In order to further improve the diagnostic performance of the model,the AdaMCCA algorithm was used to perform weighted analysis on the imaging parameters of the nerve injury group,and the corre-lation was verified with the MCCA algorithm.Results The MK-based linear graph model showed the highest diagnostic performance four weeks after surgery with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.806.In addition,after integrating the four imaging parameters,the weighted model of the AdaMCCA algorithm also achieved good results,with an AUC of 0.667(95%CI:0.388~0.945),and showed strong reliability in feature selection,with an average consistency correlation coefficient(CCC)of 0.7 for the final model.Conclusion Multimodal imaging parameters based on DKI and T2 quantification can effectively detect muscle denervation,espe-cially in the early postoperative period.MK,as a key imaging feature,showed high diagnostic value.By combining the AdaMCCA algorithm,this study not only provides a new early detection method for muscle denervation,but also provides new ideas for imaging research on related diseases,which has important clinical application prospects and scientific value.关键词
