参甲胶囊联合谷维素对糖尿病患者心脾两虚型阳痿的临床疗效
Clinical Effects of Shenjia Capsule Combined with Oryzanol on the Impotence of Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Deficiency of Both Heart and Spleen

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of hospital preparation Shenjia capsule combined with oryzanol on pa-tients with diabetes impotence of heart and spleen deficiency.Methods 60 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with impotence in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with general western medicine,the observation group were received Shenjia capsule based on the treatment of the control group,The improvement of blood biochemical indexes and impotence were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the main typical symptoms of impotence with deficiency of both heart and spleen,such as fatigue,lack of appetite,frequent urination,palpitation,insomnia and impotence were significantly improved in the observation group(P＜0.05).The scores of international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Shenjia capsule combined with oryzanol is a effective treatment for maintaining the blood glucose level of diabetic patients and improving the impotence due to deficiency of both heart and spleen,and worthy of clinical application.关键词
