摘要
Abstract
Oncolytic viruses are viruses that can selectively infect and kill cancer cells.In recent years,they have shown remarkable therapeutic potential as an emerging cancer therapy method.This category of viruses includes:adenovirus,herpes sim-plex virus,vaccinia virus,myxoma virus,measles virus,and so on.This article details the application,clinical progress,and challen-ges of oncolytic viruses in cancer treatment,discusses the future direction,and describes ways to improve efficacy and overcome ex-isting limitations through genetic engineering and other therapeutic approaches,in order to bring more options for cancer treatment.关键词
