Embedded Force:the Dynamic Basis and Mechanism of Empowering Petition Work in the New Era of Social Work
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the relationship between social work and petition work in the new era based on the embeddedness theory of sociology,we can explore the dynamic basis and mechanism of the evolution of the two.The findings are as follows:The process of empowering social work to petition work is an embedded and continuous process,and the evolution characteristics of the two are inherently related;Social work,based on its unique professionalism,provides values,theoretical basis and profes-sional skills for the work of letters and visits;Social work is embedded in the practice of petition work from the perspectives of information,methods and evaluation,which effectively promotes the orderly operation of petition work.At the same time,ad-hering to the leadership of the Party,optimizing the support policy and building the talent team are the necessary conditions for realizing the embedded power,and only in this way can we achieve the improvement of the governance efficiency of the effective empowerment of social work letters and visits.关键词
