摘要
Abstract
Environmental protection injunction preservation measures are a useful exploration of environmental judicial work,and also an important achievement of implementing the concept of green development in China's judicial field.As an important system with timely intervention and effective prevention and control,the effective application of injunction can resolve environ-mental and ecological disputes and achieve the purpose of protecting public environmental interests.Environmental protection injunction not only has the characteristics of behavior preservation system,but also reflects the ecological requirements of envi-ronmental protection.At present,the environmental protection prohibition order in China has played a certain ecological protec-tion function,but it is not enough.In this regard,by strengthening the participation of experts in the determination of environ-mental damage,refining the guarantee rules and optimizing the relief procedures,we can give full play to the role of injunction preservation measures in environmental justice,so as to better meet the people's growing needs for beautiful ecological environ-ment.关键词
